New domestic high-precision aluminum alloy face milling cutter launched

(2) A number of high-precision, modular, axially adjustable, replaceable, special tool holders with high-precision indexable inserts are used to reliably connect high-strength threads and accessories to the base body to form a rational multi-blade cutting structure. . The tool holder is divided into 75°, 90°, 45° and other different declination angles. It is connected to the base body in a modular fashion to form different primary angle milling cutters to adapt to different processing occasions.

(3) The tool indexable inserts are made of carbide, PCD, CBN and other superhard materials, and have good wear resistance. All blades have a reasonable wiper that allows quick and easy adjustment of the same cutting plane. The full-tooth end of the cutterhead can be adjusted within 0.002~0.005mm to ensure the quality of the machined surface.
